Join us for the 4th annual Pumpkin Festival on the common! Let's illuminate the common with your incredible carved pumpkins once again. No carving experience required, just drop off your carved pumpkins and let the light show begin!

(It is free to enter, but donations are welcome and will support the Sutton 4th.)

This year, WE HAVE A THEME!

As America gears up for its 250th birthday in 2026, our Halloween Pumpkin Festival is joining the festive spirit of the Scarecrow Festival’s “Revolutionary Rogues” theme to honor the bold legacy of 1776! This year, our pumpkin festival embraces the theme of “Carving Celebrations”, inviting you to create pumpkins that shine with patriotic pride for our nation’s semiquincentennial. Imagine pumpkins carved with stars and stripes, Liberty Bells, or proud Revolutionary figures like Paul Revere or Betsy Ross, all celebrating America’s historic milestone.

Let’s celebrate America’s 250th birthday! Whether it’s a glowing Liberty Tree, a proud eagle, or a festive “1776” tribute, let your pumpkin light up the festival with the spirit of freedom and unity. Join us in carving a vibrant tribute to our nation’s past and future!

Keep in Mind:

1. Please refrain from submitting painted pumpkins, as they can get wet and potentially damage the bandstand.

2. Remember to pick up your pumpkins by November 1st. Any unclaimed pumpkins will be disposed of (that includes any props included).

Drop off your pumpkins:

Friday, Oct 24th, 10am to 6pm

Saturday, Oct 25th, 10am to 2PM

We will assign your pumpkin a number and we will provide the flickering candle.
